Grocery List
Grocery shopping can be completely overwhelming, but also super fun when you come with a list! I always love trying new brands and foods, but here’s a good outline for what to purchase and keep as staples in your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. Its important to keep a balanced diet to obtain healthy nutrient levels. This list incorporates primarily pescatarian friendly protein options, but can be easily adjusted to fit the needs of paleo, vegan, vegetarian, and additional diets. Also, remember to have fun with it and change up your produce depending upon what’s in season!
GRAINS:
